Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at WANDER+. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we are here to help.

1. Returns & Eligibility

You have 30 calendar days from the date you received your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

  • The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.
  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags and inserts.
  • You must provide proof of purchase or the order number associated with the account.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at wanderpluspillow@gmail.com. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will review your request and send you detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Please note: Returns sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at wanderpluspillow@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We will evaluate the problem and make it right by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund at no additional cost to you.

5. Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety standards, including personal care items (such as used pillows or intimate goods) and gift cards. If you have questions about a specific item, please reach out to us before initiating a return.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5 to 7 business days.
